Where do I board the ferry?
Use Şehir Hatları for Eminönü, Kadıköy or Ortaköy; some Eminönü sailings also call at Karaköy. Turyol serves Eminönü and Karaköy from Eski Balaban. For Beşiktaş or Kabataş, use Dentur’s pier. Find your pier on the map below.

For a crossing to Kadıköy, check the Üsküdar–Kadıköy departures and return timetable on the Ortaköy line; the early arrival-only Üsküdar entry does not offer boarding towards Kadıköy.

Şehir Hatları publishes Istanbulkart fares. Check the payment conditions for the company running your ferry; the card and the fare are separate costs.
Do all ferries leave from the same pier?
Use the Şehir Hatları pier for Eminönü, Kadıköy and Ortaköy. Turyol uses Eski Balaban for Eminönü and Karaköy. Dentur has a separate pier for Beşiktaş and Kabataş. Check your destination on the departure display.
